How To Gain Approval for a Project - Eglise Methodiste d' Haiti

Download the chosen template.
Complete the blank sections.
Be as specific as possible including all necessary details.
The form should completely describe the project including the problem and the proposed solution
The budget section should include all items for completion of the proposed project.
The project may be completed over several phases by several teams over several years but this form should completely describe the project from beginning to end.
After consultation with the appropriate partners and agreement is reached, both parties should sign the form and it becomes a memorandum of agreement.

The form will be reviewed and submitted to the EMH Bishop for approval.
After approval, the Bishop will issue a letter of invitation and the team may begin raising funds and planning for their trip to Haiti.
All financial contributions should be wire transferred to the Treasurer of Eglise Methodiste d’ Haiti for full and transparent accounting of the funds.
After each phase of the project is completed and at the end of the completed project, a report will be prepared documenting the work done and the expenditure of all funds.
