Pellerin has been constructed by multiple teams for multiple years under the supervision of the Circuit Superintendent. No records can be found of plans, budget, or actual costs associated with this project. Work is nearly complete as of July 2019. An estimated $1,000 US will be required to complete the plastering of the sacristry.
