Gebeau Bakery

A small bakery has been built at the Gebeau Project. The bakery was built with the intention of baking bread and the profits from the operation would benefit schools. The bakery location at the Gebeau Project is does not support a large customer base. The bakery has a three wheeled motorcycle to deliver bread to local markets in order to increase sales but the primary baker suffered a serious accident and has not returned to work and the Bakery has not been able to recruit and train a replacement.
